Background and History of the Company

Integrated Trust & Investments Limited is an investments management company that provides a selected range of specialist financial services to corporate clients, individuals and governments. Integrated Trust & Investments Limited (“ITI or the “Company”) was incorporated on 25th September 1990 with the objective of rendering investments advisory and financial intermediation services to the business community and commenced active operations in February 1991. In 1993 the Company was licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as a Fanance Company and was registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to operate as a Broker/Dealer, Portfolio Manager and Issuing House. The successes recorded in our activities led to the Company’s admission as a Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (“NSE”) IN 1994.

ITI’s authorized share capital has been increased to N250.0 million since December 2004 while N100.0 million is fully paid-up.

ITI’s list of clientele includes several multinationals and conglomerates operating both in the manufacturing and trading sectors of the Nigeria economy. We also serve other corporate client such as banks, petroleum companies, insurance and pensions funds as well as numerous high net worth individuals and partnership firms.

The advent of ‘Soludo Recapitalization programme’ has created a huge awareness to all and sundry about the capital market, making customers to be more informed, inquisitive and even more difficult to manage. The resultant effect has given Stockbroking services an increased prominence and clients’ management more challenging. At ITI we saw this coming and had enshrined a system to manage the market dynamics with a view to servicing our client with all their peculiarities.

ITI is a unique service provider with a consistent customer focus. Accordingly, we operate on a strategic planning emanating from five departments – Capital Market, Investment Services, Finance & Admin, Research & Planning, Internal Audit and four branches – Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Port Harcourt, with an operational style that delivers maximum possible value to all our clients.

The Company has paid for and owns its own Automated Trading System facility currently in use at The Nigerian Stock Exchange. ITI also maintains excellent relationship with relevant statutory agencies and is generally prepared for the challenges of future development in the Nigerian capital market.
